Halloween Party and Thanksgiving Certified
Use these easy to make tiny pies to delight your guests big and small. Also perfect for halloween parties where the kids can decorate with their own toppings. You are only limited by your imagination.
Ingredients
- your favorite pumpkin pie mix - 1 recipe
- Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells - 2-3 boxes
- candied ginger
- sprinkles
- nutella - to spread as a topping
- whipped cream
- crushed oreos
- mini chocolate kisses
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350f
- Prepare your pumpkin pie recipe according to the directions the can
- Fill each fillo pastry cup aprox 2/3 of the way and place them on a parchment lined baking tray. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes, and then lower heat to 350 and continue baking for another 8-10 minutes or until golden on top. Take care not to burn them, as they will cook quickly. Check for doneness with toothpick or clean knife. If it comes out clean it is ready.
- When cool, garnish or let the kids garnish with your (their) favorite toppings.
