We are always looking for unique and fun ways to use fillo/phyllo dough. It has mediterranean origins, but it is fair game for any other culture to experiment with it and find ways to exploit it’s crunchy, flaky goodness.

A food blogger named Jas has come up with a great recipe using our fillo that we want to share with you.  Using a few simple ingredients you can make a tasty unique finger food that everyone will love.  Get some Horiatiko (Country Style Fillo) your favorite ham, cheese, pestos and yes, butter and you’re all set!  You will certainly have the most unusual tasty bites on the table.  Jas calls them Twice Baked Fillo Pinwheels
