Clam Appetizer in phyllo cups
Use these flavorful cups for dinner parties, holiday entertaining or your bridge club. Easy make ahead recipe will be ready when you need them.
Ingredients
- minced clams - 1 6.5 oz can- drained
- sour cream - 3 oz
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- fresh garlic minced - 1 clove
- salt - pinch
- fresh or dried dill - 1 tsp
- Old Bay - dash
- hot pepper sauce - dash
- chopped sundried tomatoes - 1 tbs. optional
- Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells - 1-2 boxes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. (you can make this part up to one day ahead and store in the fridge)
- Fill each cup with a small dollop- decorate with fresh dill or chopped sundried tomatoes.
- note: if you want your fillo cups to be super crispy, first prebake the empty pastry shells for 5 minutes at 350f
